The original colour and condition of the garment will affect the end result. Colour variation is unavoidable.

The owner and staff of JP Laundry & Dry Clean can not be held responsible for any damage to the articles and/or garments in the dry cleaning process because of shoddy or bad tailoring or seam stressing practices, irrespective of the labelling of the garments/article.

(i.e.: shrinkage, whoping or bubbling of articles & garments.)

Every care is taken with all goods, but goods are accepted at customers risk only.

We are not responsible for loss through fire, theft, hijacking in transit, non-removal of stains, stretching, fraying of materials, shrinking, colour loss or fading, broken buckles, zips, beads, or buttons.

Articles are accepted as secondhand and incase of liability, compensation shall not exceed 3 times the cleaning cost.

Goods unclaimed after 2 months will be sold to defray expenses.

No complaints considered after 3 days of collection.
